CE Motorcycle Gloves Under €55: The Complete Invictus Range

CE motorcycle gloves under €55: the complete Invictus range

Your hands are the first thing you put down when you fall. Pure instinct. And if you’re wearing casual gloves — or worse, nothing — the tarmac takes the skin off your palms in an instant.

Motorcycle gloves with CE certification are engineered to protect your hands in an impact or slide. The problem is that many brands charge €80, €100 or more. Invictus proves you can do it right for under €55.

Which gloves should I choose by season?

Summer (June – September)

You need ventilation. El Rebelde (€44.95) and El Diablo (€49.95) are perforated leather — they let air through while maintaining CE protection. El Rebelde is the lightest in the range, perfect for city riding in July.

Winter (November – February)

You need warmth and waterproofing. The Polar (€49.95) has a waterproof membrane and thermal lining. Warm, dry hands when it’s raining at 5°C. For less extreme winters, the Artic (€54.95) with their thermal membrane does the job.

Mid-season (March – May, October)

Prime time for leather. El Bravo, El Canalla, Comfort ST or El Truhan — choose based on your style. Comfort ST is perfect for long tours, El Truhan for café racer looks.

Year-round (if you only want one pair)

The Artic (€54.95). Thermal membrane that works in cold but doesn’t smother you in moderate heat. The only true “4-season” glove in the range.

What CE protection is included?

All Invictus gloves include:

  • Knuckle protection — the most frequent impact zone
  • Palm reinforcements — against tarmac abrasion
  • Double stitching in critical areas
  • Certification according to European protective equipment regulations

Leather vs Cordura: which material is better for gloves?

  • Leather: Better feel, better grip on handlebars, higher abrasion resistance. Most Invictus gloves are leather.
  • Cordura/textile: Lighter, dries faster, generally cheaper. El Bribón and Polar use textile.

For most riders, leather wins. But if budget is the priority, the El Bribón Cordura at €39.95 is a serious option.

€39.95 for CE gloves: the unbeatable deal

The Invictus El Bribón at €39.95 is probably the cheapest CE-certified motorcycle glove on the market that’s actually worth buying. It’s not an unprotected sports shop glove — it has real CE certification, reinforcements where they matter, and double stitching.

Is it the best glove in the world? No. Is it infinitely better than riding bare-handed or with casual gloves? Absolutely yes.
