The Dartwood waterproof motorcycle boots combine maximum riding and walking comfort with high levels of certified protection. The Dartwood Waterproof boots are fully waterproof, thanks to the incorporation of the T-DRY waterproof membrane. The upper is made of full-grain leather, and safety is guaranteed by toe and heel reinforcements and by D3O® ankle protection inserts, a material that has the ability to become rigid in case of collision, thus protecting the foot only when necessary. The Groundtrax® sole, made of wear-resistant rubber, also guarantees safety and stability even on slippery terrain, as its particular construction with hexagonal tread allows better traction. Maximum protection is guaranteed by the special moulded polymer Zplate® insert, which combines transverse rigidity for maximum safety and longitudinal flexibility thanks to its Z shape. Zplate® allows the boots to follow all the natural movements of the foot, both when riding and walking, while also protecting it by ensuring the boots are not crushed in case of impact. The OrthoLite® insoles offer long-lasting comfort, due to both their level of cushioning and breathability. Closure is easy, thanks to the side zip system and the laces, which can be easily stored under the elastic of the tongue.
